Starting from November 20, 2023, online appointment for visa application is no longer required. Applicants can submit their applications directly to the Chinese Embassy during the working hours of the Consular Office.

Step 1. Visa applicants please log on to China Online Visa Application (COVA) http://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn and fill in the visa application form online, download and print the full application form, sign on the confirmation page and the last page.

Step 2. Submit the application form and other necessary documents required by the Embassy.

After canceling the appointment requirements, there may be more applicants on-site and longer waiting time during the peak hours. Applicants are kindly advised to avoid peak hours.
